1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Lifesync Displays website ("Site") or purchasing the Lifesync Touch display, installation, or subscription services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Lifesync Displays provides a smart family display product (Lifesync Touch) with a one-time installation fee of $199.00 and an ongoing $24.99/month subscription that includes comprehensive warranty, service, software updates, and support. Pricing, features, and availability may change at any time and will be posted on the Site.
3. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
The monthly subscription is billed on a recurring basis to the payment method on file until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Installation fees are non-refundable once installation has been completed.
4. Warranty & Service
Active subscribers receive comprehensive warranty coverage on the Lifesync Touch hardware, ongoing software updates, and priority customer support. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party repair.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access them by any method other than the interfaces we provide, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and trademarks on the Site and within the Services are owned by Lifesync Displays or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifesync Displays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
